AgoraStaff Referral Programme –

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 15/01/2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to participants in the AgoraStaff Referral Programme (“Programme”) operated by Agora Software Ltd (“Agora”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By participating, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over who have an AgoraStaff account or have been invited to refer others.

  • Referrals must be genuine individuals or organisations who are not already registered with AgoraStaff.

2. How It Works

  • You must refer when logged into the Agora System or on the App

  • When someone registers using your link and meets the activation criteria, you may become eligible for a referral reward.

  • Activation criteria vary depending on whether the referred person is a care professional or a care provider.

For Care Professionals:

  • Must complete profile and compliance checks.

  • Must work at least six completed shifts through AgoraStaff.

For Care Providers:

  • Must register, post and complete at least six shifts on the platform.

3. Referral Reward

  • Referral rewards and terms are displayed on the referral page and may vary by campaign.

  • Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the qualifying conditions being met.

  • Agora reserves the right to withhold rewards if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Limitations

  • Self-referrals are not permitted.

  • Referral rewards are non-transferable.

  • You may refer as many people as you like, but Agora reserves the right to cap rewards at its discretion.

5. Changes and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without notice.

  • If we suspect abuse or breach of these Terms, we may revoke access to the Programme or withhold rewards.

6. Privacy

  • Any personal data collected in connection with the Programme will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. General

  • These Terms are governed by English law.

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
