Our mission
The health sector is under significant pressure and it gets worse every year. Care staff are some of the lowest-paid and hardest-working people in the country.
We want to empower them by significantly increasing their pay and flexibility whilst making it far cheaper and easier to staff social and acute care services.
Janet Shreeve
Janet many years of experience in the care sector building and developing and mentoring care companies. She created Shreeve Care Services, a consultancy specialising in start up and selling of care businesses. She advocates publicly for care and runs the ‘You Care, I Care’ podcast.
Richard Williams-Pears
Richard is an experienced technology entrepreneur and business leader with a strong record of executive and board-level service. He has chaired multiple companies, including Corserv Care Ltd, and delivered the largest local government digitisation project in the UK. Richard brings extensive experience in both public sector leadership and private sector innovation.
Jolene Williams-Pears
Jolene has two decades of experience on the front line in NHS operating theatres and in adult social care. She founded and runs Outstanding Compliance Ltd which excels in supporting providers to achieve CQC accreditation and maintain compliance through their in house software.
Simon Wetherell
Simon has over 20 years experience in software design and has created compliance systems for major Bluechip companies. He is a co-founder of Teams the UK’s leading asbestos management software platform and a Director of Markone Consultants Ltd.
Ben Grave
Ben is a business growth and marketing specialist who has been involved in the creation, growth and exit of several businesses over the last 25 years across a range of business sectors. He is the Commercial Director of Teams Software and the Managing Director of Okee Ltd.
Tracie Langley
Tracie is a seasoned chief operating officer having led companies with a turnover of more than £2 billion. She has 25 years experience of running successful public and private sector organisations. With a track record of delivering major digital programmes and a deep understanding of care sector finance and care operations.
Rachel Sestini
Rachel is a highly experienced former private clients tax director at Bishop Flemming and founder of Sestini & Co pensions and tax advisors. She has founded and successfully managed two companies and currently serves as CFO in Residence at Canopy Community.
